David was my inspiration for going into real estate investing. I’ve known him for many years as a decorated war veteran with numerous deployments under his belt. What impressed me about David, asides from his experience in our military and rising up through the ranks, was his ability to find and then manage investment properties wherever he was stationed when in the States. We had many discussions on real estate investing, and he was always more than willing to share his expertise and experience with me. My experience with David was awesome. I did my housing search for a condo from afar which proved to be challenging. David’s customer service was superb and helped me feel comfortable enough to trust him with the purchase of my condo in Logan Circle. David was very responsive to emails and phone calls at all times of the day. During the home search, David took videos and extra photos which helped me immensely since I was not able to see the condos in person. David also did depth data analysis on the comparable prices and units in the area, for both rent and purchase. He is extremely hard-working, diligent, resourceful, and honest. We started working with David when we moved to DC from NYC.
