Born in Pensacola, Florida and raised on her family’s beachfront property in American Samoa, Taylor Stevens blends the warmth and resilience of island life with the drive and sophistication of the East Coast. Raised in a military family, Taylor developed an early understanding of adaptability, discipline, and the importance of finding a place to truly call home.

She moved to Virginia at 15, where she planted roots, started a family, and began building her career. A former beauty queen and black belt in Shotokan karate, Taylor brings both poise and strength to every client relationship. Her philosophy is simple: clients come first. She knows what it takes to build something from the ground up, whether it’s a life, a home, or a legacy, and she brings that same dedication to every transaction.

With a passion for real estate sparked at a young age, Taylor turned her experience as a homeowner, renovator, and landlord into a full-time career, helping others navigate their own buying and selling journeys. Her firsthand knowledge spans city living, suburban life, and investment opportunities throughout Northern Virginia.

Based in Alexandria, where her children attend Blessed Sacrament School, she knows the area inside and out.
